Nicholas Real Estate was founded in October 1978 by Nicholas Tselepis who has been in the real estate business in the Passaic and Bergen County area since June 1976. A civil Engineering graduate of the New Jersey Instituteof Technology, Mr. Tselepis nevertheless found that his main love was manifested in his personal and deep concern for what goes on in the industry.
Guided by the strict rules of the REALTOR* Code of Ethics as well as by the principles of good business management, Mr. Tselepis created and directed his organization.
