Born in Ithaca,  Mr. Maki graduated from Ithaca High School in June 1970 with a regents degree. From there he attended The King's College in Briarcliff Manor, New York where he received his B.A Degree in Biology June 1974. Wendell Maki embarked in the career of rea; estate. By february 1987 he completed the necessary school and state exams and started opf real estate. In 1987 started full time in real estate with Nicholas Real Estate at this agency Wendell Maki's responsabilities expanded to Relocation Director and 3rd party relocation assistance for buyers and sellers. After two years, the minimum time required by the State of New Jersey,
Wendell Maki completed the necessary school and state exam work for his broker's license.

Since then after 21 years of being a full time Realtor Broker, Wendell Maki is still active as a multi-millio dollar produce. He is also a "short-sale specialist", a REO specialist (bank foreclosed properties). He, also teaches on a wekkly basis at Nicholas Real Estate for the new salespeople who join our office. Wendell Maki's personal market area includes Bergen, Passaic, Morris, Hudson, Essex and Sussex counties.
