Nick learned early that his success depended solely on how hard he was willing to work. After immigrating to the United States at the age of 13, he constantly worked harder and longer than anyone else to achieve his goals. He obtained his bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology in 1975. After working as an engineer for four years, he decided to take more control of his destiny. Nick was soon to become an American success story.
